Tempo run 50:00 [3] 7.5 mi (6:40 / mi)

Ran the park run as part of a 45 minute run with 25 minute tempo. Would've finished the 5km in about 18mins which is a decent tempo pace but it still needs to be quicker.

evening run with the group, involved about 15 minute tempo running to go between different groups

quite happy with the session overall

still had yesterdays run in my legs so it ended up being a bit of a shocker of a session. This should be my bread and butter but I couldn't keep pace with any of decent lads
