Swimming (Pool) 25:00 [2]

Arrived 5 mins later than usual but it was also busier than before. This meant I set off far too fast to maintain for 25 minutes really and struggled for the final 10 mins. No idea how many lengths i did overall, probably around 50.

Orienteering (Barnwood) 1:00:00 [0] 5.0 km (12:00 / km)
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 18

Collecting controls for the NGOC event I planned. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and I managed to catch a lot of people out on the only "trap" I could create in the relatively straightforward area.

BOK Street Series at Cam & Dursley. Walking round

Was trickier than I was expecting with lots of route choices and some traps but I had planned all the legs during the long leg to control 2 and did the rest by map memory. Chose the wrong route to #13 though.

Hip flexor is healed, just still feels a bit weak so didn't want to risk running on it a week before Canada. May try running next week
