Weights/Resistance Training 23:30 [3]

Upper body workout - 2 sets through with escondido.
Foam rolled for 1/2 hour before workout - definitely much needed and helped with range of motion in upper back for shoulder exercises.
6 PM

Cycling 1:51:00 [3] 41.0 km (22.2 kph)

Cycle with escondido tonight - out to my old hood. Went west along the waterfront trail and up the humber trail to old mill and then from there continued north to eglinton and turned around. Stopped at old mill and had a quick snack ...i love our new place but miss that neighbourhood.
Headed back down to waterfront trail and stopped to listen to goo goo dolls. Would be an awesome show tonight.
Left pinky and ring finger are tingly and numb again - have felt this after/during riding the last 5 times. Don't know what's going on with my hand. Right hand is not affected. Knees felt better tonight (only slightly achy after we started riding again after music break)- foam rolling helped that too.

Didn't plan on doing a run tonight but couldn't pass up the opportunity after I finished some work on the computer and escondido asked if I wanted to join. Beauty night tonight and breathing felt 100 times better than yesterday morning. Legs felt really good and ran without a pack so I could focus more on leaning foward.

Very limited training last week due to other commitments and a busy weekend with family so got out this morning for a short run along the waterfront with escondido. Holy moly it was a hot one at 6:30am already. Will be trying to get a few more early morning workouts in over the coming weeks.

Super sweaty tabata again tonight. All I had time to fit in.
