Fell asleep at 7:30 and 8:30 pm the last two nights so woke up this morning and got a small run in on the treadmill. Followed by one set of arms. Oh boy, my arms feel weak after 2 weeks or so off.

Last day of snowshoeing up north in Haliburton. So lovely in the forest, trying to chase down deer. Getting good hills training and some bushwacking.

Snowshoeing at cottage again. Pretty cold out but was warm enough moving about through the forest up and down the hills.

Snowshoe through the forest at cottage up hill, then along top and down. Beautiful out, and super mild.
