Didn't feel good at all yesterday so took it easy. Did the yoga for runners core video on runners world this morning.

Took a break for a run. Felt really good to get this in.

Post dinner spin. Thank goodness I was the only one in the gym so I go to watch what I wanted. It would have been hard biking that long having to watch something I wasn't interested in.
Kept it interesting with intervals - 10 min level 5 or 6 (alternating) and 5 min level 4.

yoga for runners video. Trying to stretch out hamstring on left leg. Really pulling on inside of knee when i try to extend leg.

bike after work - some intervals to get different levels into spin. Alternated between level 4, 5 and 6.
