Greco, possibly the toughest class yet for me. Past two days have just been too tired to get out of bed in time so today felt the fact I haven't been there in a while. In between every single station, each round we had to do 10 clean and presses. This was so hard, shoulders burning and I could only do 10lbs in each hand because so many reps (180 reps total).
6 stations only today, no stopping between any rounds. Non stop from start to finish.
Backwards lunge into step up onto risers and repeat opposite legs each time with plate overhead the entire time.
Side to side squat on bosu
Forward and backwards walking lunges with barbell on back (used 40lbs first time and 30lbs next 2 times)
Wall balls - used 14lbs
Pistol squats - used 30lbs
Kettlebell swings - not sure what I used but had to use towards lighter side. Arms and shoulders were dead.
