Weights/Resistance Training 45:00 [3]

Greco and escondido joined me this morning which was fun.
Burpees using bosu
On back knee tucks for lower abs
Skull crushers
Burpees on bounce board, 10 high knees, repeat
Spiderman holds on stomach
Hurdle agility
Backward lunge into bicep curl and shoulder press, repeat
Squat with heels on one riser holding for full 45 sec.

In between round 1 and 2:
alternating between plank rows and pushups when whistle blew

In between round 2 and 3:
20 sec pulsing lunges with weights at sides
20 sec backwards lunges with weights at sides
20 sec pulsing squats weights on shoulders
20 sec full squats with weights at sides
2x through

Indoor bike over lunch, just took it a bit easy and did level 4. Can't wait to take the biking outside too.

Weights/Resistance Training 45:00 [3]

Greco, possibly the toughest class yet for me. Past two days have just been too tired to get out of bed in time so today felt the fact I haven't been there in a while. In between every single station, each round we had to do 10 clean and presses. This was so hard, shoulders burning and I could only do 10lbs in each hand because so many reps (180 reps total).

6 stations only today, no stopping between any rounds. Non stop from start to finish.
Backwards lunge into step up onto risers and repeat opposite legs each time with plate overhead the entire time.
Side to side squat on bosu
Forward and backwards walking lunges with barbell on back (used 40lbs first time and 30lbs next 2 times)
Wall balls - used 14lbs
Pistol squats - used 30lbs
Kettlebell swings - not sure what I used but had to use towards lighter side. Arms and shoulders were dead.

Running 30:00 [3] 5.5 km (5:27 / km)

Post work run with escondido was really nice because we've had very little of this in recent months. My upper back and shoulders were tight from this morning but otherwise felt good. So nice to be running outside again, I'm so tired of the treadmill.

Was going to 5 km but just as I put water bottle in holder, my hand hit the emergency button. Cut short rather than starting again, have to get back to work. Legs feeling good.
