Finally got myself up to go for a run today, cooler out but still heavy air. Took a 1 min walk break every 6 mins.

Aimed to get out for a 30 min run but just as i was leaving realized i was booked for a 1pm conf call, so cut it short by 1/2 and then hurried back to find out the call is now cancelled. Oh well, too hot and humid outside for much longer anyways so headed downstairs for some much needed strength training.
