Run (Rocky cape loop) 2:30:00 [3] 16.0 km (9:23 / km)

Morning run with M Muppet from sisters beach through to cathedral hill and dropped down onto the coast and had a little bit of scrub to contend with and then followed the coast back to anniversary bay and back on the track to the car. The shins were a little tight and the groin was fairly sore and ended up with some blisters from the salomons but it was a good little loop.

Mountain Bike (Ride to work) 35:00 [3] 16.5 km (2:07 / km)

The roadie is out of action so I took the mountain bike to work which I think it also needs servicing. Moved much better on the MTB then I thought I would but found it was a slow climb up seabrook hill. I'm feeling really good over the short distance.
6 PM

Mountain Bike (Work to Somerset ) 20:00 [3] 9.0 km (2:13 / km)

A very wet and windy ride from work to Somerset and will hopefully have to roadie back on the road tomorrow.

Road Bike (Ride to work ) 37:00 [3] 16.5 km (2:15 / km)

I had to dig deep to find the motivation to go to work little lone riding. Had a quick ride up seabrook hill with an oversized tractor waiting to pass at the top and a head wind all the way in.
6 PM

Road Bike (Ride home ) 30:00 [3] 12.2 km (2:28 / km)

Got almost all the way home and busted a spoke, again. Looks like I will be riding the mountain bike for the rest of the week. Felt good until then.
