Helped with the Tour de KU orienteering meet, then went out on the 6K course, but boomed going to #8 so just turned around and walked back to the start (Murphy Hall) and also get back before 3 pm, as marker pickup had already begun. Then picked up 7 controls on the main part of campus (north and south of Jayhawk Blvd).
2.64 m on the 6 K course, and 1.36 mi picking up controls.

7 am - took photos at Clinton SP of the ROTC Ranger Buddy Competition and the Free State 100K Trail Race.
8:30 coffee at Dunn Bros.
9 am - photos of AM KU Relays
2 pm - watched KU Relays with Dee
6 pm - dinner with Damon

stayed home to do stretching and 25 pushups and other calis. Had stayed up too late working on the Kansas state road race records.

run for Boston - went to South Park and took photos of the rally Jon King assembled as a memorial for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
Went from South Park to 6th & Mass and back.
