Note

Quite busy at the moment so I leave this nice week in Scotland with a short summary here: the arm is still fine, I can still not run really fast but all those races have been fun anyway and the terrains up there are definitely worth a visit. Maps can be found here, hopefully I find some time to draw my routes from the sprint races in Edinburgh/Stirling. (Latter one goes to the Top 3 sprints I ran)
