One final long run in the Twin Cities. Last time running the Chain of Lakes for a good while. Ran with Sam, Jonah and Malcolm. It was humid but enjoyable. Knee bugging me still a bit.
Mostly duffing today, only a bit of canoeing. However, we conquered two long and difficult portages where my heart rate was likely elevated enough to count for full time, so I'm including that in the time count.
Aaaand even more canoeing. Once again, good strength but counted for 1/2 time because it's not that aerobically challenging.
