Rode @ 5:50am doing the Speed workout. w/u, 3:00 z3 and then 2 sets of 6 10sec Hard z5 and 50sec recovery. 1 gear down on second set. Last 2 reps where different b/c I though I was going to puke.

Swam during lunch. My butt had that sinking feeling today. Not bad except the heavy butt.

Rode @ 5:00am after restless sleep. Pushed harder today overall 85-90. Percieved a zone 3 - no HRM to confirm. Will do speed tomorrow.

Rode @ 6:00am TT workout... couldn't do it all as I was feeling sick. Slow climb back into fitness. Just did the 7 X 1:30 on/off 90rpms. Need to get HR monitor going or new one and battery for Power meter. Started though...
