Ran 50:00 and mixed in 6 x 1:00 surges at 7:20 pace while in Mutinondo Wilderness.

Uphill walking / running on school treadmill- did part of it running at 12% grade and then shifted to walking at 15% grade.

This workout was so hard! Ran at night on track at school- post tacos (not a great idea, in hindsight). Did warm-up, managed 3 of the 4 tempo intervals but will try to get the 4th one next time we do this workout. It kicked my butt!

Pleasant longish run as the rains were slowing down. Uneventful but nice. Felt fine at the end of it.
