From Cornish Street up the steep track - Korokoro - Oakleigh St - Belmont Trig - Korokoro Stream. As expected, groin no more than an irritant while running at a fairly gentle speed. Feeling generally a bit stiff and sore though.
2nd day of 2-dayer v Norths at Te Whiti Contributed this time. Came on to bowl to break the big partnership, and did so ending up with 3.5-1-13-3. Batting at 4, put in a lot of hard work but then pulled something in my groin going for a second run and had to retire on 15. In the end we won with an over to spare and fortunately I wasn't quite required again.
Bringing the bike back from its overhaul. Just up the river then up BMR. Feels a lot better though this was still hard work as it was into the wind all the way until the climb started!
