Feeling decidedly unwell all day (early headache, then nauseous, probs from excesses of caffeine and Anadin).

Anyway squelching about in the mud and the bark chippings helped lots. More good handstanding. How did it get easy????

All grannnnnddddd this morning. Lots of abdominals. Body ok after yesterday's longer-than-usual barefoot run. In particular - no calf DOMS.
