HP inner perimeter path. From usual parking, past start and hut before starting Garmin then continued to main inner perimeter path. Took splits at crooked tree junction, HPP 2k point, HPP start and puddle junction each time. Session based on Frontier advice to limit running and not exceed 130bpm HR. Easy walking getting brisker until re-reaching start then 1 lap run, walk to puddle junction, run to start line, again walk to puddle junction and run to start line before finishing with gradually slowing walk.
