Easy ride. Back hurts. Was OK during ride but before and after were another story.

Back and leg much better this morning. Short bike ride then off to CMAC concert. Too much time sitting between 4 and 9:30 pm. Leg not happy.

Finger Lake loop with Elaine and John Meadows. Detour off CR 16 at Wells Curtice up to SR 21. Climbs went OK. Tightening up on the descents may have bothered my back more than the climbs... who knows at this point. Left leg is unhappy in the evening... referred pain.
