Lunchtime walk - wind out of North, Clear to the north, clouds to the south. Take advantage of the decent days prior to snowy weather. :-)

Pushing the intensity up a bit by blending in briefer 30 second intervals every 3 minutes. It will help me on some of the uphills for O.
