12km 550m walk from Honister (Fleetwith Pike, Grey Knotts, Brandreth, Green Gable, Great Gable, and Base Brown)- 3.5h Glorious day. Legs left on Red Screes so this was just a nice stroll. Bumped into a Purkis (Jerry) at the top of Grey Knotts which was funny, strolled with him until GrG. Super fun, 99 Wainwrights done!
40km 1050m Honister to Ambleside Al had to get back to revise (after we’d camped overnight) so had to cycle back after my walk. Fine bar the locks digging into my back and all my walking stuff.

Red Screes, hard up-easy down 42.38 from door to cairn, happy with that and I have no idea where I found the energy from. Felt strong. Then tried to run down a bit harder to get some confidence down but no, legs were 100% jelly and it was more a ‘I have to get down’ situation :’). Happy though :)
Coaxed into a spin class. Felt a bit like my poor van (no power) and died from about 30” ono but was fun :). Managed a good amount of food last night and felt okay this morning- think it was just an overworked shutdown of the body so taking it easy the rest of today (apart from stressing about my vans mechanical issues)
Very easy, legs got DOMSy throughout the day at work. Massage with a Hazel this evening (work on the hip and Achilles/foot L), and a rest tomorrow as I’m in need of a good sleep

Helvellyn from Dunmail Raise and back down to Wythburn on the County Tops route (got a lift back to the van with Gary saving a couple of kms) Felt so strong uphill- managed to run all the steep part to Dollywaggon Pike (250m climb in 800m). Being a slow wuss downhill. Butttt v happy espec feeling so good after another busy day at work:)
