HTown-Ugstad-Arrowhead-Lavaque-Thompson, felt OK - rattle-y cough now, not terrible, and everything else feels fine. Didn't look at my watch until 9 miles to decide if I wanted to go 10 or 11 - surprised to see 68 minutes! I didn't feel bad, just expected I was going slower since I wasn't running flat. Miles: 7:33, 7:35, 7:33, 7:15, 6:59, 6:46, 6:59, 6:31!!!!!! (mostly downhill, but still!)
