Club Run: Trail run around Prior/Thetis Lakes and then becoming 'temporarily disoriented' and coming out on Lost Lake Road then road run to Millstream Road, then back into the Thetis area to trails and to the cars. Post run dip into Prior Lake for some cold therapy. Excellent!
