Tried to do Twiss Bruce trial to Crawford. Trail absolutely disgusting, ankles still throbbing, gave up...

...then tried the road, but my ankles just wanted to go home.

...what was supposed to be a quick 5-8k with D-bag to clear my mind of science ended up being a fun 10k. Did it in an hour, but there were untimed breaks to stretch pesky calf and look at a way-too-close deer. To make up for it, there may or may not have been a surprise sprint finish that I may or may not have won.

TNT, tree line there-and-backs x13. Really fun, love the repetition and everyone ending together.. gives me the motivation to spirit to "beat" D-bag or PBV at the end on some. Everything hurts though, stupid pyramids.
