Running 28:45 [3] 4.0 mi (7:11 / mi)

easy run after a long lab. Just ran in the grass on the cross country course. My legs felt heavy from earlier

Lifting 20:00 [3]

Just in class with some things we had to do for a study. Today was the second half of the study from last week with the pacer test and the stretching.
Today we bench pressed, leg pressed, did as many curl ups as we could in a minute, and did some flexibility thing with touching our arms behind our back.
We were supposed to do our max with bench press and leg press but the guy leading the study just said to do as much weight as we could without being able to reach 10 reps.
bench press: 140
leg press: 410
curl ups in a minute: 94
I didnt really like it because we were using machines to simulate bench and leg pressing instead of actually doing it and the curl ups were on a basketball court and i bruised my back where my shoulder blades would hit the ground but i guess it was kinda fun still to see how you compared to other people.

Running 53:29 [3] 7.0 mi (7:38 / mi)
shoes: Supa Hot Fire

Ran up and around the reservoir today. Its the first time Ive been all the way around it since I had pneumonia but it felt great. The single track trail going around it was fun to run on and the cool air and moss around it almost makes you forget you're in Georgia. The gnats bring you back though, every time you try and breathe through you're mouth they make you remember lol.
