Trying out a pre-uni run option... but it's still dark at 8:30am haha
Did 4 x 1km intervals with 60secs rest. Warm up + warm down

Two of my housemates like running, which is excellent! But we went for a run super late so it was darn cold. Mini warm up and mini intervals session: 4 x 400m with 60sec rest.
