Pre 6 day o course at glen dye. The area has undergone some significant damaging by forestry since last time i was there, veg pretty dodgy and tracks too. Overall happy with nav Nailed all but 2 controls one becuase of a track that no longer really existed, and one just a bit of a hesitation but corrected pretty quickly. Really want to try get some solid results next week so hopefully can keep up the good nav. Taking it ve easy but Legs felling pretty sluggish tho, maybe just the bike last night

Bagged 2 new monroes garmin died almost instantly, distnace measured roughly off map and time very rough as is climb, slow mostly in boggy terrain

Planning to do some very slow longer avitivity at the weekend so thought i would do something with a bit more intensity. But just a bit. Kinda raz pace run very wet and soggy on the trails, feeling not necessarily fast but strong atm.
