Trails. Drizzly rain, cooler temps, and one of those days where you feel like you could go forever. Nice to have something left in the tank at end of run. I almost feel like I tapered this week. Lifted legs.

I felt like it took forever for the TM to get to 8% to start my minute. Sheesh. Finished workout. This was a bit tough. Just keeping pace on the incline. Felt super easy when flat. Alas, I am a total flatlander for sure. Lifted legs.
