Hunter's program week 2 tractor pulls

Rx was rounds at 445w and 245w. Yeah didn't last long there. Held on at 410 and 220 but still cut the workout short, only half the work done. Mostly to get to a wedding.

Thus ends what was supposed to be a perfect February. Result was an abyssmal 24 of 28 planned workouts. 85% well below YTD 92% and target 95%.

I guess it's gotta be a perfect March then which would bring our YTD to 93 from 91.

First encounter with this year's new addition to the plan...the stair climber.

I made a plan to start extremely light, started level 8 which basically got me just above 150bpm and kept me there...never above 155.

Did 25:25 which got me 1063ft, or one trip up the Eiffel tower haha.

Interesting the machine told me I was putting out about 215w. It felt slightly harder than 215 on the bike, maybe more like 235/245.

Not sure where I'm going to take this, whether to get a pack on asap or work up the vertical distance and time first. Either way need to get to 10k ft with a full pack!

@ 305w today. Last time around was 320w but barely survived it. 305 today was sustainable.
