Cockies long run on majura and ainslie. Didnt feel great and super tight hammy etc, really need to do some stretching.

Finally got out for a run after a week of slackness by forcing myself to run to Grant and Shannons to get the car. A few days off and racing flats meant i felt quite good so did a bit of a surge from aranda primary to top of black mtn (roughly 15min). Totally cooked by the top.
