-This was a good workout. My goal was to empty the tank and I definitely did that. After the 7th hill I felt like I was going to die. For the first set we did 3 hills then went on Lisa's 6th but that was too much recovery so for the next 2 we went on her 5th. On the very last hill I told myself I was going to stick with Maxi and I did (well I was a step behind her but she was trying her best to lose me so I'm content with that). Overall this was a solid workout and I'm quite happy with it!

-This wasn't the greatest. Was feeling okay on the 10 min run and bike. The rowing hurt a lot; I wasn't used to that at all. The circuit was about average, though my legs were feeling very heavy. I always seem to have difficulty with the 5 min run at the end - I find it very difficult to run with good form when going that slow. I was also finding it difficult to catch my breath.
-Strides felt really good today. My toe was hurting but my form felt really good so I was happy.
-Medball throws were okay. It's been a while since we've done those and Maxi made me start with the 4kg but it wasn't too bad.

-That testing thingy for that girl's thesis. Lasted 65s - at about 30s you hit a wall. Breathing doesn't get tooo bad but your legs just killllll. It was actually kind of fun!

-This went well. For the most part times were very consistent. Average about 19.4 for all of the sets. There were a few just under 19 and 2 just over, but altogether pretty consistent. Breathing didn't get too out of control at any point. As the workout progressed I was starting to be able to tell the difference between a 19.0 and a 19.8 which I am happy about.
-Speed ladder was good today; felt very quick!
-Toe wasn't bad at all today.

-This wasn't great. I was feeling pretty lethargic going in to this. The 6 min swim wasn't good - I just couldn't get going and it felt very difficult. Running As were slightly below average. Again arms just wouldn't go as fast as I wanted them to. Deep water running was average.
-Strides felt pretty good. Felt like knees were getting up for once. However, I was definitely landing on the outside of my foot so as to avoid pain in my toe, which felt weird.

-This was good. I felt strong and smooth. Times were slightly slower than previous 200m brazilian but only by a second or 2. The accels took a lot out of my legs. They also made my toe/foot hurt pretty badly. Once in shoes it felt okay. The 300s felt good, breathing was not too out of control and legs were feeling good. Breathing didn't get too crazy on brazilians either which may suggest that I should have gone a tad bit harder.

-This run was about average. Made it to Shunia Mines and it was fun! Feet were hurting pretty badly (from the snow I presume). Was feeling pretty tired and super sore from yesterday
-Push up challenge wasn't a PB - boo. It was super hard today.
