-This was a solid workout. WU was cold and miserable but got through it. Accels felt really good. The workout itself was great. Felt smooth and rolly the entire time so we added on a last set. Was fairly easy to hit around our splits. The last set we were rolling it down and still felt really strong and smooth. Very happy with today.
