Pretty solid run but legs are a little sore from the two runs tomorrow. Solid strides though.

Stretched and rolled a bit after. Not sure how much I want to do thus afternoon or Friday or Saturday. I'm a fair bit behind on mileage because I did not run much on Sunday but that likely contributed to such a good workout on Monday? Thinking it must of because all I did last Friday was 30mins and I crushed Saturday's workout.

Really solid today but after the long tempo it was really tough as the legs definitely had some residual effects left in them from Saturday. Overall, best tempo of the season.

Note: my right IT (just above knee, right side starting hurting/burning a bit during cold down) so I shut it done right away. Im sure it would have held up but I not taking a chance. Stretched it a lot throughout night and iced it.
