pre-act 15WU, 3x10min @tempo with 2min b/w, 16CD push/sit Roll/Rope/Ice Awesome workout today. Yesterday I felt better and better as the day went on and by the evening i felt like i had so much energy. Continued into today and I just felt strong and relaxed throughout tempo, yet it was pretty quick. Felt like i did back in cross and it was really nice to do a full workout dedicated to tempo which had been since November. Hip flexors are a little sore/tired but overall feel much better.
This was a good run. Felt pretty good again today and body is starting to feel back to normal. Breathing still seems weird and heavy when i run. hip mobility, drills strides med-ball, basic strength
Alright run this morning. Body felt pretty tired and took quite a while to get into this. No soreness though

Started on the infield for 20min than ran the last 50min with Dom. Solid run overall and legs starting to feel better. Starting to feel back to normal again today. Shin was good and no other soreness Leg strength Roll/Ice
pre-act Run - solid session today. Average run i would say and felt better than yesterday. Body still doesn't feel normal...tired and everything seems to take much more effort. Nothing sore though push/sit Roll/Rope/Ice
This turned out to be an alright run. Started out feeling decent but progressively felt worse and worse and at about 25min i had to stop because i was really lightheaded and breathing like crazy for some reason. Chest was kind of aching right from the start but after i stopped it seemed to get better. After about a min or so i turned around to head home but started feeling better so i just kept going and the last 45min was actually pretty good. Shin was a little sore but not too bad. Legs were very tired in general though. 30xHoH drills, hip mobility Rope/Roll/Ice
