Pre act, 15 WU, 3x 1 min hard 1 min easy 2 min btwn sets, 17 CD, roll, some rope. ETT (8)
This was a good WO, did WU with Marla and Lisa, tried to start WO with them, just stayed for 2 min then fell off. I continued to push the effort and thought about racing and practicing what I want to do in a race. The middle part of WO is getting better the effort and mindfulness to push harder is there. When I was done the WO I had a hard time going into CD, hands on knees for a few seconds.

Easy fun run with auntys and friend, hurt my shin a bit but I think some icing will fix that.

Off day run, pretty easy. The best running was the last 20 minutes. I tried out my new runners and they wet pretty awesome, a little boy complimented them so they must be cool.

I really have to do more shakeouts earlier in the days!

Pre act, 1:20 run with 5 hill surges, push and sit, rope ETT (8).

This was good, ran with Lisa for 21 min then I got tired out. The hill surges were strong and quicker than previous ones. I was able to run a good pace for most of the, after the hills I needed a little recovery.

Quality kind of sucked, I did this in the lake at home because the train was so darn late! I wouldn't get into town till late in the afternoon so I decided to do it there. Did the water drills and running As near the beach where it is shallow. i had to swim out to do the deep water run where there's slimy plants that touch your feet :(. The land stuff was good quality.

Pre act, 15 WU, 30 min tempo, 15 CD, push an sit, rope, ice (8).

I didn't know what the WO was so I figured 30 min tempo seemed good. A little bit of focus troubles but I kept pushing myself when u refocused. I went a little too hard I think, I wanted to go hands on knees when I finished and the CD was super slow for first 5 min. I'm concerned about the cross season and not being ready for it. Every WO I'm wondering if I can go harder or if this is how I'm going to race. I'm not feeling very confident right now.

Went for a bike ride around my community, went as fast as I can. Biking on sand sucks, but I liked the challenge to zoom through it.

The run was great! I was pretty tired because the train was so late and I lost the excitement of being home when I decided to run. The pace felt quicker than usual.

Today was good, ran with Heather for first half, then on my own the second. Knee hurt doing lunges for pre act. The run slowed in the middle but I picked it up near the end.
