3:50 B <-screwed up the time, pushed "set" and I had to fiddle with it for a few seconds to get back to timer and pause it
3:44 km
3:33 B Spikes
3:40 km spikes

This workout was really good, had plenty of practice trying to mentally stay engaged and squeeze a good WO out of me even when I didn't feel great. I gelt pretty blah going in and doing the WO, but focused on the arm drive and being on my toes. The middle was the biggest struggle today, got a little negative.

Note

left knee is feeling different, not the same pain, theres more of a sharper pain on the inside, opposed to the outside when I use stairs, step wrong, or step hard. I don't remember feeling pain while running, maybe some discomfort.

Running 1:00:00 [3] 12.0 km (5:00 / km)

Pre act, WU, 2x5 2:00 min hard w/ 1 min easy, 2 min btwn sets, CD, plyos, push and sit, rope, roll, ice (10). ETT 9

This was great. Really tried to work w/ the leading group, stayed for 2x2 min and the recovery. Ran with Dillon for the final 2. I worked really hard on my form, to have a straight back and be relaxed. WU was super quick today and the CD was rolling.
12 PM

Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

Went to centennial and did a shake out, very wet and sloppy out. Went pretty brisk from the start then settled into a more manageable pace. Let's see if this helped me out for this afternoons workout.
