Above average for sure, pushed myself through the entire thing including the WU
. felt really strong in regards to form, and even at the end of each set when the arms were burning I pushed myself to maintain good form, generally increased the effort as well.
deep water running was a little rough, felt like i was drowning at the beginning

strides- 3 felt pretty sore so i stopped half way through
med ball (4kg)
strength
30 min elliptical- went easy, generally a slower pace as I was pretty tired out from pool
ETT:6, considering i only got 6 hours of sleep I was pretty tired but managed to keep my head in the game and focused on what needed to be done
