Cramond Parkrun
The knackeredness on Tuesday explained itself by me being ill the next day, and I ended up doing absolutely nothing the rest of the week. It's gone now though, so hopefully all done there.
Fancied doing a Parkrun though, given the weather looked pretty ace.
Wasn't expecting great things though, so I figured I'd just try and stick at 4 mins/km as that wasn't too embarrassingly slow. It didn't feel that easy to be honest, but it wasn't too awful either, and my hip felt good.
