Note

Big weekend in a Manor house near Bristol.

Legs will be sore from trying to win the limbo and some pick up box from ground with mouth game... foot is a bit sore from playing tennis barefoot..

Monday arvo run out through Wimbledon common to Richmond Park for a lap. I was planning on a long one but stupidly didnt take any water or food thinking I could just pick it up at a store, at 19k I came to the Cafe but it was closed and luckily found a tap for a quick drink. Then stopped a few ks later at a massive black berry bush and had some bush tucker before hitting up 10 hill reps. Finished in richmond to catch the train home, still I was not the smelliest person in the carriage. Such a great place for a long run and prob the best evening of the year!
