even after a hard 2 days of running, a lot of beers last night result in a kick as headache and my cold still trying to bring me down I felt fine, pumped hard up the hills and was pretty strong. Why the hell didn't I feel thins good yesterday!

A horrible day. Started well, ran through quite a few early but started to loose my mind. felt like I had had a few beers. Lost energy quickly at around 13 and struggled. Found myself daydreaming and tripping over alot. Got to 19 and was just walking in circles looking for it, sat down had some water and decided it was time to head home. To those who finished....respect.

really happy with my navigation and strength and speed through the thick scrub. Lost a minute on number 3. Was above it and over ran it. Got really distracted by others running with me near the end and lost time at 20 and 21 with bad exit direction.

Good clean run. lost time at 4 and 5, won a few splits and only a couple of seconds of jules for the rest. pretty sweet.
