Forgot my float, left it in the car! So took the opportunity to see how my swimming stamina was. Did 40 lengths, probably had a 30 sec breather after 20 but that was it. Managed to maintain a consistent pace so all in all felt quite happy with the swim.

Saturday morning track session at Ladywell track with Dulwich.
We did 800m strides 4*100m getting faster every 25m. Think I was getting through the 100m in about 20 secs. 6*400m + 200m This means 400m@mile pace, 30secs rest then 200m faster than mile pace.
