Long run around the Delsjons. Felt alright, quite tired in the legs on the hills around Stora, but then felt quite good on the last few k on the flats on 'the grus'.

Ran down to Delsjovagen and did two 'radio tower climbs'. 2.3km up to the highest point in Skatas. Maybe similar to P10 to Fortune Lake. Did them at Tempo pace. Would be fun to do an actual time trial of it.

Note

Have been waking up with a sore throat for 2 weeks now. A busy week at school, getting up early each morning. Got home and decided to take a 30min nap before going for a run but then woke up 3hrs later. Slept another 10hrs overnight.
