Awesome long run in the sunshine. Up Allermuir from Swanston then along the tops to black hill. Down into the howe then C5 gully up carnethy and over to flotterstone and back passed castlelaw farm. Trying to keep a decent effort up the whole way and was running well on the climbs. Turning into a bit of a slog near the end but finished still feeling pretty good.

Good session of 8X3mins with 90s recovery on the canal. Decent sized HW group but most of the guys wanted to do a tempo so it was just me and Hamish on the reps. Running well and feeling really good today. Hamish dropping off a bit in the second half. Another good session at about 16 min 5k pace ticked off.
