Val said 5k effort which seems way too fast for such a long session so I went for more of a threshold effort.
Feeling alright and reasonably consistent throughout until I died on the last rep. About the same pace for all the other reps. Bit more work and will hopefully be able to speed up a bit and keep it together for the whole session
