Training Log Archive: capt'n smythie

Reverse Seven Mile loop with Lauderdale loop at the end. Nice day for it, but still had a fairly strong headwind past Cambridge down to Seven Mile, but I don't think its possible to ride through there without one.
Right foot isn't too bad today, but still wouldn't wanna run on it yet. Also discovered a sharp pain in the front of the left ankle... hopefully a weekend off running will freshen them up.
