Vic Sprint Champs FU SMB Campus

Oh dear, I felt my lack of stair training today (coincidentally on the same day as Eureka Climb).

Very tricky course with lots of hesitations. Two big time losses - on 10 (where Tash finally got past me) and 17. Good fun race.

Sprint into Spring FU (Mt Helen)

Lost a little time on 8 and took a roundabout route choice on 11, but otherwise navigation was ok and even felt like I was moving fastish (based on my recent standards).

Orienteering 21:17 [3] 3.5 km (6:05 / km)

Sprint into Spring B'rat Technology Park

Got halfway to 1 and thought I'd made the wrong shoe choice. Butchered the hill climb, and think I went the long way to 7. 10/11 weren't amazing. Legs feeling pretty tired. Apparently I haven't been training for a while.

Same jogski as Tuesday but in reverse.

Started raining.

Jog to see whether the creek was raging. It wasn't.

R leg sore in some slightly different spots, including the knee.
