striding from botom of Grunt to very top by the jump box. Five times. Technique was rather poor.

skiing classic hills (harring boning) 35:00 [3] 0.5 km (1:10:00 / km)
shoes: rock atomic skiis

Harring boning technique up the uphill of Humpty Dumpty's.

TECHNIQUE:
- Keep speed up the whole way up the hill.

shoes: grey brooks trail runners

skated up Pilons many times. Walked down. Stretched afterwards. Really need to force myself to ofset on both left and right so that one side doesnt become way stronger like last year.

THECNIQUE:
- glide equally to both sides
- skiis should never come to a stop

feeling good today. Pollwalked around the lite loop. Sprinted up all uphills on first lap and when I felt like it on last lap. Hardwalking up Pilons because of snow.
