cant remember how many push ups/dips...i think 59 box jumps. box considerably lower then what I am used to which made it considerably menatly easier...perhaps physically too.

ran before and after. did yesterdays 2.5 as a cool down.

22 minutes of 1 minute core excersices with no stoping in between

"side whales" kinda like weird side crunches

side planks
electric fish
backplanks
v-sits
static leg raises
"shinies/byclycles
these are some of the ones i remember. as we were doing one excersise the next one was explained so that as soon as the minute was over the next excercise would begn.
found it very difficult.
