ran to the furthest lookout up the chimney and back...over 20 km.
ran with H.Q. and D.H. felt good. muscles and jonts sore but aerobically was feeling very strong.
went swimming at lake marie louis after and then to camp where i proceded to nap.

slept restlessly...aka didnt really sleep...untill about 4am. feeling a little tired.

4x up at "high zone 3"
plus once up before for technique work and once and a half up after as a cool down.

Run warm up/down 25:00 [3]

along the road.

rollerski (classic) 1:30:00 [3]

with k.j. at kview. becoming a little bit braver on downhills
nap in between workouts.

strength race (test) 15:00 [5]

scored 225.
15 chin ups
40 sit ups
cant remember how many push ups/dips...i think 59 box jumps. box considerably lower then what I am used to which made it considerably menatly easier...perhaps physically too.

Run warm up/down 45:00 [2]

ran before and after. did yesterdays 2.5 as a cool down.

strength (core) 22:00 [4]

22 minutes of 1 minute core excersices with no stoping in between
in no particular order:
crunches
"side whales" kinda like weird side crunches
supermans
side planks
electric fish
backplanks
v-sits
static leg raises
"shinies/byclycles
these are some of the ones i remember. as we were doing one excersise the next one was explained so that as soon as the minute was over the next excercise would begn.
found it very difficult.

went river rafting with the camp on the kam river. warm out. pretty tired.
8-all physical stuff went well today.

double poll and single kick double poll technique on rd to lochlomand. with melaine theriault. then strength workout only double polling and single kick double polling.

Run race (fresh air night race) 25:00 [5]

had a good race. tied with K.J. felt good all race. was menatlly strong and was able to push myself pretty hard.

Run warm up/down 1:00:00 [3]

ran the course before and after race (2.5 km loop) and did some random jumping and hopping around.
good warm up may have contributed to performance? maybe not too.
participated in the lssd female activity of belly dancing. decent abb workout.
had a 2 hour nap in the afternoon.
went for a swim in the river when i got home (ice bath). biked to and from river.

ran at a good pace.
went longer then intended because i was feeling good.
worked 1-8:30pm
biked to and from work.
8 alot more energy today.
