Note
(rest day)

however stayed active:
- biked to houhijarvi (the farm)
- carried cousins around
- did some shooting with Esko (hit all the targets when they were big and then 2 wen they were small.
- went swimming with virpi and matti (godparents) and tarasan swinging.
- went for a motorcycle ride.

on trail by mummus.

pollwalking hills 1:10:00 [5]

go to elivouri...is taht how it is spelt? and did hills.
- could only go in evening had no other way of getting there (about an hour drive)
- did six reps total. 2 of the whoe hill, and then 4 of the top portion. (bottom portion had grass that was as tall as me and was too dificult/ineffective to walk through. ( i am also very afraid of these poisonous snakes that would have been able to hide in the grass and was worried about nokonen...poison ivyish stuff.)
- maintained even times and went at a good pace (fast)
- knee still hurts alot but break from running has helped.
- also hae a sore throat...possibly allergies, fatigue or maybe i am just sick.
- have been eating lots and unhealthy. gonna try and cut back on pulla and candy andtry for more healthy options.

lifted about 200 rowboats, kayaks and the odd canoe over a damn in vammala to help esko with a MASSIVE row boat race. (this actually took at least 2 hours)
- non stop lifting running around the whole time.
- big time arm strength. arms sore.

- trying to stay off knee
- polls got too dull though so had to switch to pollwalking.

pollwalking on skitrail 200m from mummus.
- nap in afternoon...still super tired

Run (to vesaranta) 1:02:00 [4] 10.0 km (6:12 / km)

-right knee still kills. have seen no improvement. i am getting worried about serious injury. mom thinks that i dislocated it: stretching tendons etc. not much i can do other then rest...which i dont really feel like doing so it looks like it is going to hurt for a while. really hurts when i run... on that note
- ran to vesaranta (houhajarvi) at a solid pace (fast) its a 10km run and i ran in 1h:02 min. was planning on running back but knee was already really hurting and didnt feel like pounding it on the pavement for another 10km.
-went saunaing and swimming there (my little cousin was in a swim school there and we went to watch her swim lesson)

rollerski (classic (pm workout)) 2:15:00 [3]

- lots of double poll.
- hands are a little sore
- got polls from esko
- pretty much did everyroad/bike path in vammala.
- afternoon nap...still get tired at about 2pm

warm up/down (walk) 45:00 [3]

mummu wanted to come train with me so she did the warm up with me and we walked.

Run intervals (endurance intervals) 51:00 [4]

3x12 min w/5min breaks...increasing in intensity

Run warm up/down (cool down) 15:00 [2]

workout was broken up a little by breaks walking with mummu.
- had meant to do a recovery workout but it didnt happen...we visited at Eskos till late...and leaving to do a workout wasnt really an option.
(had a nap in the afternoon) still catching up on sleep and am generally tired.

Run (before and after strength) 40:00 [3]

-slept on boat.
- feels really nice to warm dry and full. (food in iceland was extreamly expensive and for that rason minimal (for us)) Ate a large dinner last night.
- woke up at 4:30, these early ams suck. Ate breakfast...more good food)
-shopping in turku
- bus to vvammala
-20 min run diwn to the water front, 20 min good vigourous non stop core strength, 20 min run home.

Note
(rest day)

-ridiculously early am
- however i am happy for it because i didnt sleep much last night due to cold and wet.(everything, and i mean everything, is soaked)
- flew to stockholm
- Very nice weather!!!
- bus to silja line boat
- decided to let body rest and dry out.

7-feeling pretty crummy about lack of training
