At 7am after 5 1/2 hours sleep. I'm impressed I made it. Got really tough half way through though, especially up the little hills

Tuesday May 29

Running (Treadmill) 35:34 [3]5.0 mi (7:06 / mi)
5 mile treadmill run at 10.30pm in front of Fox Sports and Seinfeld. Less painful to run 35 mins on a treadmill than I imagined, will try and do it once a week..

Gym (Stair Master) 8:00 [2]1.0 mi (7:59 / mi)
Warm down after the run, had to use Stairmaster as the bikes were busy. Brrr, boring as hell.
