Wanted to do a 20km run before the half marathon to know I could make the last 5-6k without dying. Also wanted to do it somewhere where I could sort of track my time so did 4 laps of the bridge to bridge loop around lake bg. Tried to stay steady and wanted to do under 2hours. the last 5km did hurt but I know I can do it now.I want to do it a bit quicker in the race so we'll see...still 3 wks to go. Laps were:
