Chenango red.

Wore the knee brace and tried to push it to find out what I'm in for next weekend at sleepy hollow. It didn't start bothering me until control 14, so that's a good sign if I take it easier and don't run. No major mistakes, but 11 took me a while to find. I thought it was a difficult but really good course. Thanks Igor!

Rock Climbing 45:00 [3]

All bouldering. Warmed up on v0-2 then tried 5+ new v3 problems. Got one V3 and made significant progress on several others.

Note

Got fitted for a hinged knee brace. Only need to wear it while exercising. Going to try biking tonight and maybe running later in the week.

Program 7 level 10. Found a way to stay motivated to stay on the bike for more than 30 min... Old episodes of Eco challenge.
